What a great evening of swimming at Stretford tonight for our annual 400 meet with @stretfordasc
Thank you to Coach Tom and James P for sorting out all the entries and to our officials and team managers for making the gala run smoothly!

A massive shout out (and a duck
) for Joe C for being the most brilliant team supporter; let’s hope he has some voice left over for Arena league… he was ably assisted by Long Him who was also a great cheerleader

I was delighted with the quality of swimming tonight with some absolutely huge pbs and some really gutsy swims. I was a proud coach tonight.
It was hard to choose a stand out swim but the ducks go to Annie C in Pre Performance with a superb effort and Sophia C in Performance who smashed her pb and managed to make it look easy!

Well done everyone! You can see that me and Jared enjoyed the meet very much by the size of our smiles
