Massive well done to Squad Member Niamh who has been working so hard all year to get back from injury and smash her triathlon goals. On Sunday she raced in the Sprint Tri at Ripon Triathlon Festival which was a European Age Group Qualifier. Niamh won her age group which means she has qualified for European Age Group Champs next year

I had a strong race setting pbs in both the swim and run for this season.
I set of fast in the swim managing to escape the washing machine. The bike was a twisty and hilly course which I enjoyed a lot and finally on the run I gave it my all.
Thank you to everyone who helps and supports me through my triathlon career and Iām greatful to be getting back to full fitness post injury.
Off to euros we go!
