The Inter Regional Championships (IRCs) are the premier national triathlon championship event in the UK for youth athletes in the TriStar 2 (TS2) and TriStar 3 (TS3) age groups. The selection process is tough, and I know how hard Joshua has worked to make the selection times, particularly in swimming. He’s been relentless in the pool despite often being tired from the multisport training… but that’s the name of the game!

 

Being great at 3 disciplines is hard work and makes triathlon a tough sport to truly excel in, and Joshua is certainly doing his best to put his name on the map.
