What an extravaganza of swimming! Our amazing team of swimmers stepped up and swam some brilliant PBs to make it an excellent day at the Manchester International Meet. Thanks to @wearecomast organisers for all the effort put in to making this meet feel a bit special.
Thanks to Ian, Martin and Gary for being amazing Team Managers as always, and to Max and Jack who were excellent cheerleaders and helped hype the swimmers for their races 
Our swimmers swam their hardest. Shout out to Poppy who was ill and Jessica who was injured, plus Hannah and Toby balancing revision and real life super effectively 
Star of the day was Caitlyn who swam a 2 second PB in the 100 Breaststroke for a place in the prestigious Junior Final: to see you so happy was a privilege, well done.
