Well done to Jack who travelled to Sunderland this weekend for some long course racing. He started the meet well on day one with a 5th in 50 Fly and 17th in the 100 Free.
Day two saw Jack finishing 10th in the 100m Butterfly and 15th in the 50m Freestyle.
