It’s always great to celebrate our swimmers however they excel, and yesterday we saw some of our swimmers out racing at the Manchester Area Cross Country League @manareaxc at Tatton Park.
What a beautiful day it was, on a tough but crisp and frosty course.
I was absolutely delighted to be able to watch Joshua L from Pre Performance take the win 
in the U11 boys and Jacob R from D1 take 3rd place 
. Mollie from Performance also did a fantastic job in the U15 girls with a fast run too 
Joshua had already warmed up at Move Altrincham with a nice 20x100 threshold set at 6am

We hope their training in the pool has helped with their cardiovascular development for running!!
