We kicked off the ARENA Manchester Open Meet in style last night with a 12 second PB for Sam in the 800 Free.
We followed that up with a fantastic PB rate today, with all of our swimmers either hitting a new PB or consolidating a recent PB.
A massive well done to all of our brilliant squad who made it a great day -
50 Back: 
for Jessica (on PB), on PB for Hannah and a new PB for Bea
50 Fly - Hannah consolidating her PB 100 Back - solid swim for Toby 
100 Free - New PBs for both Jessica and Mollie 50 Free - New PB for Toby and Simon was within 0.5 of his best 100 Breast - New PBs for both Ella and Hannah 200 Back 
for Jessica with a great swim 200 IM - another big PB for JessicaHannah B was in action at @derbyexcelsc - with 2 great swims in the 200 Free and 50 Free. Unfortunately, Thomas B was not well enough to swim. Get well soon Thomas!
It was great to work together with our FAST squad neighbours at Manchester, cheerleading each others swimmers and providing coaching and TM support as a team.
It was also great to have @middlesbroughswimmingclub with us today. It was a pleasure to get to know the swimmers and see them thrive.
