Performance – arrive as usual at 6am. The 800m swim will form part of your set, after which you will run in Halecroft Park in lieu of land training.

Competition/Senior Competition/Senior – arrive at 7.45am for your 800m swim, after which you will run in Halecroft Park at c.8.15am.

D1, 2 & 3 - arrive at 8.20am for your 800m swim, after which you will run in Halecroft Park at c.9am

Weather permitting, we would like everyone to bring a breakfast picnic which can be enjoyed in the park and families are welcome to join us for this. If the weather is very rainy, the run will still go ahead but not the picnic.
